Automatic Cut To Length Line For Medium Gauge Steel Coil Sheet
Medium gauge Steel sheet cut to length line process medium thickness steel coil sheet ranging 3 to 8mm, Coil sheet materials are hot rolled (HR, HRC, HRS), cold rolled (CR, CRC, CRS), Galvanized sheet (GI, GL) or Stainless Steel sheet (SUS, STS, SS below 6mm). Coil sheet width is variable as per customer coil sheets, mostly 1250mm, 1500mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, etc.

Characters:
- machines strong and precise, mediuml thickness is two or three times of thin gauge sheet, machine structure will be proportionally strong, meanwhile the cutting precision is the same level as thin sheet (+/-0.5mm)
- the servo feeding and fast cutting producing speed is fast enough (around 50m/min, equals 2m x 25pcs/min) .
- Medium sheet stacking structure is the same as thin sheet, frame with arms and scissor table, piece by piece receive, drop and pile up on table
- Shear, pneumatic clutch mechanic shear, fast hydraulic shear, moving type or start-stop type, stronger than thin sheet shear.
- Uncoiler usually double mandrel type with back tension motors for heavy load coils ranging 20-30T.
